It is a program that provides alternate services to traditional Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTF) and is administered by the Division of Medicaid, Bureau of Mental health Programs. The members of these teams meet on a monthly basis to identify community-based services and resources that may divert children from inappropriate inpatient care.
